Efficient Rational Driver Configuration
ZERO houses the double dynamic driver configuration, with a diameter of 10mm and the other diameter of 7.8mm. ZERO offers the smooth, soft and detailed sound thanks to the mature internal magnetic circuit structure co-worked with flexible polyurethane suspension composite LCP liquid crystal dome diaphragm.
The 7.8mm dynamic driver responsible for mid-high frequency uses ultra-fine CCAW voice coil, which pursues the lightweight of vibration system, so that the sensitivity of high-frequency is effectively improved, and the response is smoother, making ZERO’s treble tone clean and delicate; On the contrary, the 10mm dynamic driver responsible for low frequency utilizes a special weighted voice coil, which reduces the natural resonant frequency for accurate frequency division, and gives ZERO a full and vigorous low frequency
Accurate Hybrid Double Frequency Division
Relying on the high-precision DLP-3D printing technology, the acoustic nozzle structure with filtering function and the accurately calculated RC frequency division form a hybrid double frequency division, which makes the two dynamic driver perform respectively, offering the closer design goal of objective indicators.
Excellent Objective Indicators
ZERO has a proper low-frequency gain and high-frequency response in line with HRTF characteristics, which makes ZERO own the objective index comparable to that of professional monitor earphones, while it is not as cold and rigid as that of common monitor earphone, and its overall timbre is natural and full of atmosphere.
Another important objective factor of multi-driver earphones is the phase. The full-frequency phase of ZERO is highly consistent, and there is no convergence issue that occurs in common multi-driver earphones, eliminating the unnatural listening experience caused by phase distortion.

The DLP 3D printing cavity made by HeyGears, matched with its medical-grade high-transparency resin and internal coloring process, ensures the printing accuracy and efficiency, and realizing the delicate acoustic nozzle structure which is difficult to make true by the traditional process, and at the same time, delivering a lightweight cavity and ensuring the skin-friendly and reliable materials.
Glue-Dropping Molding Capping Process
ZERO whole cavity adopts a sandwich structure (front cavity, decorative panel, and glue-dropping capping). ZERO is capped by glue-dropping process, and it is solidified and shaped by ultraviolet and processed by hand-polishing and varnish spraying, which ensure beautiful design while effectively reinforce the firmness processed by glue-dropping capping.
High-Quality Cable + Flexible Expansibility
Four strands of high-quality silver-plated cable, combined with the universal 0.78 2Pin interface (the cavity is a sunken 0.78 2Pin female socket), achieves excellent sound quality, and expands the possibilities by changing cable.
